21 Day Fix and Autumn Calabrese’s Favorite Meals

Beachbody offers many fitness and nutrition programs, but the 21 Day Fix is the first program to focus on both. Many people don’t get the results they want from a workout program because they’re not eating a healthy diet. The saying goes, “Abs are made in the kitchen”, and it’s true! You can’t out-exercise a bad diet. Autumn Calabrese not only created a series of workouts designed to tone and strengthen your body, she created a nutrition system that incorporates both good diet and portion control. Using color coded food storage containers, you measure out the appropriate amount of healthy foods in these food groups: protein, carbs, vegetables, fruits, healthy fats/cheese, and oils. You don’t need to count calories… if it fits in the container, you can eat it. Pretty simple.

So what exactly do you put in those colorful little containers? The program comes with an Eating Plan to help you plan your meals. And Autumn Calabrese herself will tell you exactly what she eats in a typical day:
