I forgot to mention yesterday that this week’s workout schedule is the same as last. So just like last Tuesday, I did Upper Body Fix, but I added the 10 Minute Fix for Abs just for fun. Fun. All I can say is thank goodness this wasn’t called 20 Minute Fix for Abs, or even 11 Minute Fix For Abs, because that was a pretty intense 10 minutes for me. None of the moves were that complicated, most of them you’ve probably seen before. But doing abs for 10 minutes straight was hard. By the time I got to the “bonus round” where we did Ankle Crosses, I was spent. Ankle Crosses look like the most simple, unimpressive exercise… just laying on your back and forearms while crossing your feet in the air, but for me they were almost impossible. I did pull through though, and hours later as I sit here typing this I can still feel the tightness in my abs. And I love it.

Fajita Chicken (1 red), Cilantro Brown Rice (1 yellow), Peppers and Onions (1 green), Cheese (1 blue), Plain Greek Yogurt (1/2 red)

Snack #2

21 Day Fix - Eggs and Toast
2 eggs (1 red), 1 slice of toast (1 yellow)

Dinner

I actually ate my second snack so late I wasn’t even hungry for dinner, so I did the next best thing and ate dessert! This cheesecake was the best way to end the day.
