Dinner

21 Day Fix - Greek Chicken with Greek Yogurt Tzatziki Sauce and Zucchini
Chicken (1 red), Zucchini (1 green), Tzatziki Sauce (1 red)
Another quick, easy, and delicious dinner. I seasoned the chicken with Greek seasoning and the zucchini with lemon juice and fresh cracked pepper. The star of the meal though is the Tzatzkik Sauce. Made from Greek yogurt and cucumber, you won’t believe how easy it is to make and how delicious it tastes on, well, EVERYTHING.

  1. I like to roast it. Lightly coat it with olive oil, season it how you’d like, and cook at 400 for 20 min, flipping halfway through. Hope this helps!
