So simple and so filling. I always season my ground turkey with Worcestershire, onion powder, salt and pepper, and the broccoli was seasoned with just salt and pepper before I roasted it. Throw a little hot sauce on there and it’s a perfect meal!
I’ve mentioned before how much we love Buffalo chicken, and I’m famous (according to my husband at least) for my homemade Buffalo chicken pizza. I make a homemade crust, top it with Ranch dressing, pulled Buffalo chicken, red onion, cheese, jalapenos, and tomatoes. I don’t mean to toot my own horn but it really is amazing. So how can I recreate this deliciousness while sticking to the 21 Day Fix? Enter cauliflower pizza crust and Greek yogurt Ranch dressing. The cauliflower crust is so good and you really can pick it up like a regular slice of pizza. I made mine without cheese, with tons of Italian Seasoning and garlic powder, and I halved this recipe to make a small personal-sized pizza for myself.
I was feeling a bit lazy, so instead of baking some chicken I just sliced up a few florets of cauliflower, roasted them, and tossed the in some Frank’s. I was afraid that since the Ranch is made of yogurt it wouldn’t bake well, so I didn’t spread it on the “dough” and put the toppings on top like I do with actual Ranch dressing. Instead, I spread on some Frank’s, layer the cheese and veggies (I didn’t have jalapenos this time unfortunately), baked it, and then drizzled the Ranch on top.
