The Meals

Breakfast

21 Day Fix - Banana and Peanut Butter
1 banana (1 purple) and 2 tsp peanut butter

Lunch

21 Day Fix - Ground Turkey Pasta Bake
Pasta (2 yellow), Ground Turkey (1 red), Greek Yogurt (1/2 red), Cheese (1/2 blue)

Well you can’t beat leftovers for lunch. I forgot to eat my first snack, so I was starving by lunch and very grateful for such a filling meal waiting for me to just reheat and devour. You might think I feel guilty about eating all my allotted yellow containers for the day in one sitting, but you’d be wrong.

Snack

21 Day Fix - Watermelon
Watermelon (1 purple)

Dinner

21 Day Fix - Steak, Roasted Broccoli, Salad with dressing
Steak (1 red), Broccoli (1 green), Salad (1 green), Balsamic dressing (1 orange)

Nothing better than a nicely seasoned, perfectly grilled steak. The broccoli was seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic, and then roasted, then tossed in lemon juice and fresh basil. The salad had some fresh yellow tomatoes from our garden and the Fix’s Balsamic dressing.
