Chocolate Peanut Butter Shakeology (1 red, 2 tsp)
Here we have the best snack you could possibly have… and probably the tastiest! I blended Chocolate Shakeology, 2 tsp peanut butter, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, and 1 tsp vanilla with water and ice and it was like having dessert at 10:00 in the morning. Perfect for after my workout and tiding me over until lunch!
Chicken (2 red), Brown Rice (1 yellow), Fresh Salsa (1 green), Plain Greek Yogurt (1/2 red)
You know how I feel about these burrito bowls. It’s Taco Tuesday, so you had to know it was coming. I slow cooked the chicken with the Fix’s Southwest seasoning and layered that on top of some cilantro brown rice. Then I topped it with my favorite pico de gallo salsa, made with fresh tomatoes, jalapenos, red onion, corn, lime juice and garlic salt.

Zucchini Noodles with Raw Alfredo Sauce
A while back I made Shrimp Scampi with Zucchini Noodles and while it was totally delicious, the noodles were, well, not very noodle-y. The food processor chopped them too much and I didn’t get that spaghetti texture I was looking for. That very night I ordered a veggie spiralizer and let me tell you, it made all the difference. The noodles were perfect, and this Raw Alfredo Sauce was unbelievably delicious.
