21 Day Fix – Day 21

21 Day Fix? Nailed it! After 21 days I reached my goal of losing 5 lbs, plus I lost 2″ off my waist, so I’m thrilled with the results. That doesn’t mean I’m stopping here though. I plan to do another round but more than that I plan to use what I’ve learned about clean eating and portion control for the rest of my life. That’s what is so great about the Fix… it’s not diet you use for a brief amount of time to loose a lot of weight. It’s how we should be eating every day, regardless of our weight loss goals. It’s healthy and balanced, and I for one never want to go back to the way I used to eat.

Roasted Veggie and Chicken Sausage Pizza with Cauliflower Crust (3 green, 1 blue, 1/2 red)

I had a serious craving for pizza and since I already thoroughly enjoyed a cheat meal last night, I knew I had to be good. Thank goodness for cauliflower pizza crust! This time I topped it with roasted vegetables and some amazing Buffalo chicken sausage. The perfect meal to end this round of the Fix… now on to round 2!

  1. Please please please do tell how you make cauliflower pizza crust on a 21 day fix “fixed” budget of 1 blue container for the day? I have been eating Cauliflower pizza for years but not since I have been on the 21 day fix! The recipes (every where you go) is sort of deceptive. The recipes usually only mention the 1 + cup of cheese (depending on what size pizza) in the ingredient list that is used to make the crust. Then the recipes go on to say “top with cheese, veggies, and toppings of choice”.

    I see your pizza is topped with cheese so how much cheese are you using in the crust!

    Screaming for pizza … please help! 🙂


  2. Did you blend the shakeology with ice/use cold coffee or did you just mix the shakeology in with hot brewed coffee?


  3. Hi Andrea, thanks for your question! I don’t have a recipe but I spread some hot sauce on the crust, topped with cheese, and I used Al Fresco Buffalo Style Chicken Sausage. I also used some leftover assorted veggies (peppers, red onions, mushrooms) that I had lightly coated in oil and roasted in the oven. Hope this helps!


  4. Do you have a full recipe for that veggie pizza? It’s looks amazing! I found the recipe for the Cauliflower crust, but what about the buffalo sausage and what all did you put on that?
