21 Day Fix? Nailed it! After 21 days I reached my goal of losing 5 lbs, plus I lost 2″ off my waist, so I’m thrilled with the results. That doesn’t mean I’m stopping here though. I plan to do another round but more than that I plan to use what I’ve learned about clean eating and portion control for the rest of my life. That’s what is so great about the Fix… it’s not diet you use for a brief amount of time to loose a lot of weight. It’s how we should be eating every day, regardless of our weight loss goals. It’s healthy and balanced, and I for one never want to go back to the way I used to eat.
Vanilla Latte Shakeology – Vanilla Shakeology, Vanilla Coffee, 1 tsp Maple Syrup (1 red)
Ratatouille (1 green), Stuffed Beefsteak Tomato (1 green, 1/4 blue)
Apple (1 purple)
Roasted Veggie and Chicken Sausage Pizza with Cauliflower Crust (3 green, 1 blue, 1/2 red)
I had a serious craving for pizza and since I already thoroughly enjoyed a cheat meal last night, I knew I had to be good. Thank goodness for cauliflower pizza crust! This time I topped it with roasted vegetables and some amazing Buffalo chicken sausage. The perfect meal to end this round of the Fix… now on to round 2!
