The 21 Day Fix Eating Plan is packed full of great information for helping you find healthy meals, the most important being the recipes! Before the Fix I had never attempted my own salad dressings, but it’s so delicious and easy I’ll never go back to the store-bought bottles. The Dijon Vinaigrette is especially amazing, and is so versatile it tastes fantastic on much more than just salad. Try it on salmon for a quick and flavorful meal.
