2 Minute Microwaved Apple Crisp
- 1 small apple (cut up into little pieces)
- 4 oz all natural apple sauce
- 1/4 c water
- 1/8 c rolled oats
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1 packet stevia
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- Mix water, apple sauce and oats, microwave on high for one minute. Mix together apple, vanilla, stevia, cinnamon and syrup and then add to apple sauce mixture and microwave one more minute.
