INGREDIENTS

  • 1 small apple (cut up into little pieces)
  • 4 oz all natural apple sauce
  • 1/4 c water
  • 1/8 c rolled oats
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 packet stevia
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix water, apple sauce and oats, microwave on high for one minute. Mix together apple, vanilla, stevia, cinnamon and syrup and then add to apple sauce mixture and microwave one more minute.

  1. Hi Rhiannon, the container count would be roughly 1.5 purple, and 2 tsp (sweetener). The apple I used was about 1 purple container, but your purple container count might be more or less depending on the apple’s size.
