Here’s a fool-proof recipe to make a delicious omelette the easy way! Feel free to customize using whatever fillings you wish. Some recommendations: cheese (shredded cheddar or feta would be great), peppers, ham, salsa, bacon.
Easy Oven Baked Omelette
Container count per serving: 2½ red, 1 green, ½ blue
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 cup egg whites
- 3 tbsp milk (I used almond milk)
- 2 tsp. 21 Day Fix’s All Purpose Seasoning (or season it to your liking)
- 1 breakfast chicken sausage link, chopped small
- 1 roma tomato, chopped
- ¼ cup baby spinach, chopped
- ¼ cup mushrooms, chopped
- 1/8 cup onions, chopped
- cooking spray
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a small bowl, mix together eggs, egg whites, milk, and seasoning. Add fillings and mix together. Spray an oven-safe bowl with cooking spray and pour in omelette mixture. Bake for 20-30 minutes.
