  1. I just finished my first round of 21 Day Fix and I am currently on day three of the 3 Day Cleanse. Starting tomorrow I’m going to start a second round of the 21 Day Fix. I just wanted to say that I love your blog!!! During my first round I didn’t experiment with recipes a whole lot because I was just trying to get used to everything. I am so excited to try many of the recipes you have posted… esp. that cheesecake 🙂 I look forward to following your blog!!

  4. I actually didn’t start drinking Shakeology until I was almost finished with my first round of the Fix. But since I started drinking it, I’ve had it every day! I like to have it for breakfast because it’s convenient, and sometimes I have a second shake for a quick lunch or a snack. My favorite flavors are Chocolate Vegan and Tropical Strawberry Vegan.

  5. I just found out about the 21 day fix from my boyfriend’s ex wife actually. We are friends and she got me excited to try this. I am definitely in need of a healthier lifestyle. I am absolutely fascinated with what I have read so far and I’m getting ready to start the program Monday. Your posts from each day have shown that even I can do this and still eat delicious food! I am wondering what calorie bracket you used because I am in the second bracket and wanted to know if I follow yours, how much I will have to adjust? Thank you for all of your posts!

  7. Hi I was wondering which whole grain spouted bread do you r commend and also which Greek yogurt do you rhave commend. Thanks!

  8. Hi Lisa, I like Ezekiel bread, you can usually find it in the refrigerated section of your grocery store. I’ve bought lots of different brands of Greek yogurt and I honestly don’t have a preference. I usually go for whatever is on sale! 😉
