Meal planning is the key to success in the 21 Day Fix EXTREME. If you’re doing the Countdown to Competition Eating Plan, planning is absolutely necessary. It can be a little confusing switching between the 21DFX and CTC Eating Plans, so I’ve created some worksheets to help plan my meals and track my containers. Alternative Eating Plans

In the Countdown to Competition guide, it explains that this eating plan is intense and might not be for everyone. There are two alternative CTC eating plan options that incorporate less of the carb depletion plans.

OPTION #1
Reverse the days in the Countdown to Competition calendar. Eat one CTC day and two 21DFX Eating Plan days. This may feel easier and give you a good gauge of how extreme you want to be.

OPTION #2
