The Workout: Pilates Fix EXTREME
Pilates Fix EXTREME uses a resistance band, which adds an element of strength to the workout. The exercises require balance, coordination, breathing, and power, and I was seriously sweating by the end. The bands took a little getting used to, but my legs and butt got a serious workout!
The Meals: EXTREME Eating Plan
Shakeology + banana (1 red + 1 purple)
peppers + pea pods + hummus (1 green + 1 blue)
chicken + broccoli + grapes (1 red + 1 green + 1 purple)
sweet potatoes (2 yellow)
shrimp + broccoli (2 red + 1 green + 1 tsp)
This shrimp was absolutely delicious! It’s also approved for the Countdown to Competition Eating Plan, so I’ll be making this again soon.
