Saturday mornings are all about pancakes in our house. This Saturday we took them to a whole new level with Shakeology and inspiration from this recipe. Our version uses coconut flour so these yummy pancakes are gluten and guilt free!
Chocolate Peanut Butter Shakeology Pancakes
- 1 tbsp coconut flour
- 1 banana
- 2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1 egg white
- 1 scoop (or packet) Chocolate (or Vegan Chocolate) Shakeology
- peanut butter, to taste
- Combine all ingredients into blender or food processor.
- Cook pancakes as usual.
- Top with peanut butter, if desired.
