This Bolognese sauce is so healthy and delicious, it will be my go-to sauce from now on! It is mostly ground turkey, which filled a red container, but because of the tomatoes I had to allow a little space in my green container for that as well as the spaghetti squash.

I had a little leftover spaghetti squash, so I topped it with some Southwest seasoned ground turkey, jalapenos, and Chipotle Tabasco hot sauce. Quick, spicy, and easy!
