I made this stir fry work for the Countdown to Competition eating plan by using stevia instead of sugar, coconut oil instead of canola oil, and Liquid Aminos instead of soy sauce. Soy sauce is not a CTC or 21DFX approved condiment because of the high sodium content, so Liquid Aminos is a great substitution.
buffalo chicken quinoa crust pizza + spinach salad (1¾ yellow + ½ red + 1 green + ¾ blue + 1 orange + 1½ tsp)
I was craving pizza, and this was absolutely the most delicious pizza I’ve ever made while on the Fix. The quinoa crust was the best use of my yellow containers, and it can easily be made vegan if you substitute roasted cauliflower or chickpeas for the chicken.
