One my favorite meals because it’s delicious and quick. I season the turkey with southwest seasoning, mix in the guac, and scoop it all up with the peppers.
balsamic chicken + brussels sprouts (1 red + 1 green + 1 tsp)
Thank goodness vinegar is a free food, because I LOVE Balsamic vinegar on just about everything. This slow cooked Herb Crusted Balsamic chicken was so delicious and was perfect with roasted brussels sprouts.
buffalo chicken meatballs + broccoli (2 red + 1 green + 1 tsp)
