  2. Hi Becky! I’m so glad you’re finding my posts helpful and it’s wonderful that you’re giving the 21 Day Fix another shot! When you purchased your 21 Day Fix program you were actually assigned a free personal coach. You can contact your coach by logging into your account and clicking the Connect menu button and then selecting My Coach from the dropdown menu. From there you can message your coach and they can answer your questions and help you get started. If there’s anything else I can help you with please let me know, and best of luck on your 21 Day Fix journey!


  3. I also love your post on pinterest! I loved the pictures showing eat meal/snack. Very helpful as planning meals are very overwhelming. Is there a charge to have you as a coach. Im about to start the 21day fix plan again tomorrow. it helped me the first time around a year ago but have gotten off track so going to give it another go!


  4. Great question Kari! My favorite snacks are sliced bell peppers with guacamole or salsa, carrots with hummus, and apple or banana slices with peanut butter! When I’m in a big hurry, I’ll grab one of my kids’ mozzarella string cheeses 😉

    What does one do for snacks if there is a nut allergy?
    Drives me nuts that nuts are always the go to! Lol!


  6. I just wanted to thank you for showing pictures of what you ate. I just started the workouts and for some reason the food is really overwhelming to me. I got your website off of Pintrest and I am soooo glad I took the time to look. I’m going on Beachbody now to make you my coach! You ROCK!!!
